You can use 5 gallon flower pots preferably with aeration and drainage holes so the soil can get air and release excess water. Use a pencil to put a small hole in the soil two seeds deep. Put your seed in there with the root pointing down and leaf up if you have a little green leaf in the sprout.
   In about 3 weeks you will have a sproutling.
3. Vegetative Stage
   During the vegetative stage you need 18 hours of dark and 6 hours of light. For 3 to 16 weeks your plant will grow. You can remove the males from the females if you don’t want them to seed.



4. Flowering stage, 9-10 wks
   Change your lighting to 12 hours light and 12 hours dark to mimic the equinox and your plants will respond by budding.
   When it is time for harvest, shear your buds and hang them to dry. All of the rest of the plant can be used for other medincal purposes so be creative. Store your dried buds in dark mason jars or vacuum sealed. You can get 16 ounces per square meter indoors and 16 ounces per plant outdoors.
