Monster Cookies weed grows to a short height of about 3 feet tall and can get up to around 5 feet, still short. You can see the nuggets above. It is an indica. The grains are not as big as expected for an Indica and look somewhat Sativa. You can see the grains are a very healthy green with brownish pistils. You can’t see a lot of frosty trichomes. This is because THC levels only reach about 15 %. This is a good level for a medical strain which people are using not just for a strong THC kick. They are looking for relief from nausea and pain. This strain packs a great cookie flavor. There’s a kick of sugar, grape, and pastry goodness. It’s a good strain for someone who isn’t a seasoned weed connoisseur but who needs a good-tasting smoke for medical use.

How to Grow Monster Cookies Cannabis Seeds or Cuttings

Growing weed from Monster Cookies cannabis seeds or cuttings is of medium difficulty. You can only grow these from clones. Of course, they have 2 well-known parents but are clones only, meaning that simply crossing the parents may not get you the plant you are hoping for. Therefore, get a clone, aka a clipping from a mature plant. You will need to be a bit in the know or at least find a reputable vendor online.

Once you get your clone, you will need it to sprout some roots. You can do this by watering it in some rock wool. Technically, any clone should be able to sprout roots in the right kind of soil with the right watering.  We sprout them in rock wool just so that we can be sure we see those roots growing before we put them into our soil medium. However, if plants were unable to sprout roots unless put in Rockwool and overseen by a human, the world wouldn’t be full of plants as it is. Plants are not so fragile as we like to believe they are. They are going to grow whether you watch them or not, as is the way of nature.  We flatter ourselves that plants will not grow unless we force them to. But, enough philosophy. You got your clone, put it in some good soil, or stick it right in the ground in a good, California-style environment with sufficient growing time if growing outdoors. The growing season in the US is from about March to October; however, these hearty plants will grow and flower so long as it has from 3 to 8 months of time.  You won’t be germinating Monster Cookies since they grow only from clones.

Your seedling stage will be up to a month after you put your clone into the ground or into some good soil in a flowering pot. You will grow some good roots and some leaves that look like legitimate weed leaves. After that, your vegetative stage will be up to four more months while your plants are doing the bulk of their growing. They will differentiate between male and female and you will remove the males if you don’t want seeds and you want big buds. Once this is done, flowering will take up to  11 weeks, where your plants produce all the buds you want. Here you get your 12 ounces per plant of bud or per square meter. This is when your plants convert to cash or medicinal drugs.
