OG 18 is a great weed to wind the day down. Most of us have aches, pains, and cares that bother us that we know we shouldn’t focus on so much but which still plague us. While we are strengthening our minds to learn to turn our attention to the positive more perfectly, we need to minimize the damage that our stressful thoughts are doing to our immune system and body. It happens so quickly that even the smell itself is already turning on genes that tell your body’s immune system to heal rather than continue to go haywire due to chronic stress.
