How to Grow Black Diamond Cannabis Seeds or Cuttings
Growing weed from Black Diamond cannabis seeds or cuttings will require a medium level of knowledge about how to grow marijuana plants.
Get Set Up
You should find a spacious room with an open window to set up in. You can find some examples of growing tents online to house your weed plants indoors so you can carefully control the environment. Pre-fabricated grow tents can be very expensive. You can make your own. With a tent, you will have full control of the humidity, the air, and light. You can make sure to optimize the environment to make the maximum amount of yield.
Step 1. Germination
Now you’ve got little weed seeds either from a seed bank, or someone sold you a sack with seeds. No worries, these little babies are pure gold. You need to germinate them and you will soon have your own weed plants. Take two plates and two paper towels. Wet your paper towels. Put one on the plate, put your seeds on there an inch apart. Cover with the other wet paper towel, then the other plate. Wait 3 to 10 days. You will see a little root come from your seeds, now they are ready to go in your soil.
You can get soil from your local gardening center or you can research and make your own mix. Alternatively, you can find healthy soils around your area. Just find soil that seems to be a combination of silt, sand, clay and organic nutrients the worms like to climb through.
Step 2. Seeding
You can use five gallon flowering pots with air holes in them. Fill with your soil mix. Use a pencil to make a little hole just two seeds deep. Use tweezers to carefully put your seeds inside the hole with the root pointing into the soil. Then cover lightly with soil. Wait two to three weeks for your sprouts to pop up.
Step 3. Vegetative
3 to 16 weeks. 18 hours of light, 6 hours of dark. Remove the males during this period to stop the females from producing seeds.
Step 4. Flowering 9 to 10 weeks
Induce flowering with a schedule of 12 hours dark and 12 hours night.
These plants won’t produce a high yield but they are high quality and highly sought out as a medicine. You get about two ounce per square meter indoors, and two ounces per plant outdoors.
Medicinal Marijuana Review
Black Diamond is 50 percent Indica and 50 percent Sativa. THC levels can be up to 24 %. This can make it a good candidate for tackling problems associated with Hidradenitis Supprativa.
Hidradenitis Supprativa is a disorder in which boils erupt from the skin or hair follicles. These swellings can be very painful. They may leak pus and be foul smelling. Antibiotics are the mainstay of treatment. Doctors previously treated the pain with opioids but after the backlash from the opioid epidemic, are unlikely to continue using opioids like Percocet. This can leave sufferers with fewer options.
Studies show that a diet devoid of wheat products and Brewer’s Yeast can help patients recover from Hidradenitis Supprativa. Many sufferers have an unknown allergy to bread, pasta, and other wheat containing products, or products containing wheat/yeast substances like beer.[1] Aside from this, patients can benefit from medical marijuana to help not only with the pain, but also the inflammation and mood problems secondary to the illness. Medical marijuana can be an important anesthetic for sufferers of this painful condition when other options are unavailable or ineffective.[2]
